Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and service of elevators/escalators in assigned area.

About the Role
Key duties include performing preventive maintenance and contractual cleaning of assigned units, conducting adjustments and repairs with minimal assistance, attending equipment call‑backs to inspect and troubleshoot, and identifying any abnormalities or missing components. The incumbent must coordinate with Otis Line Operators to meet service level agreements, complete all required documentation like timesheets and safety forms promptly, and ensure operations follow OTIS safe‑working procedures and use proper personal protective equipment. Supporting junior colleagues and reporting safety incidents to the Team Lead are also essential responsibilities. • Perform preventive maintenance and contractual cleaning of assigned units. • Conduct planned and unplanned adjustments and repairs on Otis products. • Respond to equipment call‑backs, inspect, fault‑find, and restore service. • Identify and report abnormalities, missing components, and safety concerns. • Coordinate with Otis Line Operators to meet defined service level agreements. • Complete timesheets, log cards, JHA, OSA, and SVR documentation promptly. • Follow OTIS safe working procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment. • Mentor junior colleagues and support their skill development. • Report accidents, near‑misses, hazards, and unsafe conditions to the Team Lead.

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least six years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry, covering both major and minor troubleshooting and repair tasks. A diploma or equivalent education is required, along with strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. • Minimum six years of experience in elevator/escalator troubleshooting and repair. • Hold a diploma or equivalent education and possess good communication skills.
