About the Role

The Maintenance Data Analyst role, available across various Transgrid depots and open to remote locations, turns data into decisions for Maintenance Engineering. You will analyse work order trends, workforce productivity, and scheduling efficiency, collaborate with stakeholders and the Maximo team, and support continuous improvement and operational optimisation.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, engineering, business or a related field, and at least three years of analytics experience focused on operations, field services, or workforce planning. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau, and workflow tools such as ServiceNow, SAP or Maximo is required, along with strong communication, collaboration and problem‑solving abilities. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, engineering, business or a related field. • Bring 3+ years of analytics experience in operations, field services, or workforce planning. • Proficient with Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau and workflow tools such as ServiceNow, SAP or Maximo. • Ability to interpret and visualise complex datasets for non‑technical audiences. • Strong communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
