About the Role

The Health, Safety and Security Manager will assist the Senior Health, Safety and Security Manager and Head of HSE in ensuring that health, safety, security, and management standards are met throughout development and delivery areas, both by HS2 and its supply chain. The role involves modelling the ‘Safe at Heart’ culture, supporting risk‑based operational assurance, ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety and security policies, and supporting incident investigations. • Produce and review technical assurance and investigation reports. • Apply a range of assurance tools, techniques and methodologies. • Deliver assurance across major programmes with multiple stakeholders. • Contribute to multidisciplinary Quality or H&S teams and investigate incidents.

Benefits

HS2 Ltd offers a base salary ranging from £44,380 to £52,212 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, and is based at the SCS IPT in North Acton.
