About the Role

In this position you will develop and manage a regional sales structure, refine and launch recapture and conversion programs, nurture key customer and consultant relationships, partner with global headquarters on marketing initiatives, and oversee national and local RFP strategies while driving accountability and continuous improvement. • Build and oversee a business development sales structure, including recapture specialists and conversion sales reps across the NE Atlantic region. • Refine existing recapture and conversion programs and launch new initiatives to expand the service business. • Cultivate relationships with key customers and consultants while identifying new partnership opportunities. • Collaborate with global headquarters to leverage marketing and sales programs for revenue growth. • Manage national account RFP strategies and provide standardized tools for local RFP processes. • Participate in handoff processes to identify gaps, implement improvements, and track accountability.

What You Bring

The company is seeking a Sr. Sales Manager, Business Development for the NE Atlantic Operating Area, a fully remote role that involves 50%–75% travel and leadership of a high‑performing sales team to accelerate growth. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree, possess proven sales‑management experience, excel in communication and presentation, be proficient in MS Office, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial, goal‑oriented mindset; preferred qualifications include prior general‑management or industry experience. • Hold a bachelor's degree (required) and 5+ years of sales experience (preferred). • Demonstrated sales management experience and strong communication skills across all organizational levels. • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong presentation abilities. • Entrepreneurial, goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. • Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and multitasking capabilities. • Creative, proactive, and strategic approach to selling and customer engagement. • Ability to sell on value rather than price and exercise sound business judgment. • Preferred: prior sales or general management experience; industry background is a plus.
