About the Role
The Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and managing customer relationships, solving problems, and overseeing comprehensive account management. The role reports to a manager and operates within the Portland territory. • Manage a portfolio of elevator units by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers • Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer inquiries and needs • Develop repair and modernization sales through networking, bids, and tenders • Create and execute a sales strategy to meet targets while ensuring profitability • Utilize Otis sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast results • Conduct sales negotiations, close deals, and ensure timely payment • Collaborate with sales representatives and field colleagues

What You Bring
