About the Role
The Branch Manager for the East region will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight and market expansion, building relationships with general contractors, developers and customers to drive sales growth, enhance safety culture, improve efficiency and boost customer satisfaction as part of the company’s leadership team. The role requires overseeing all branch operations and P&L, leading safety initiatives, managing commercial, detailing and fabrication teams, coaching staff, developing sales and bidding opportunities, and maintaining vendor, contractor and community relationships while aligning branch goals with corporate directives. • Promote and enforce a “Safety First” culture and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. • Lead branch operations, including commercial, detailing, and fabrication, while managing profit and loss. • Coach and mentor teammates, set clear expectations, and delegate effectively. • Drive sales and bidding initiatives by analyzing market trends and leading the commercial team. • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and the local construction community. • Develop talent by mentoring supervisors and identifying future leaders. • Align branch goals with divisional objectives and implement company policies. • Oversee daily operations focusing on safety, customer service, production volume, cost efficiency, and quality. • Manage hiring, training, evaluation, and performance of all branch personnel. • Address urgent branch issues and occasional out‑of‑town travel. • Work in noisy manufacturing environment with known hazards; lift/handle up to 25 lb. • Perform walking, standing, bending, and operate tools and computers.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications include legal eligibility to work in Canada, two years of leadership experience, bilingual fluency in French and English, and managerial recommendations; preferred qualifications add a bachelor’s degree or business training, five years of construction industry experience, knowledge of regulations, continuous‑improvement expertise and strong communication skills. • Eligible to work in Canada; bilingual in French and English. • Minimum two years of leadership experience with supervisor/manager recommendation. • Preferred: bachelor’s degree or business training, five years construction industry experience. • Knowledge of industrial regulations, continuous‑improvement, and project management. • Strong problem‑solving, organization, detail orientation, and communication skills.
