About the Role
• Generate enquiries, finalize orders and manage contracts while supporting sales and marketing activities. • Meet customers, architects and consultants to assess requirements and expand the customer database. • Develop product strategy for the assigned territory based on market trends and competitor insights. • Maintain relationships with key contacts in major customer organizations and keep them updated on product developments. • Conduct market surveys, track competitors, and prepare sales negotiation data sheets for new inquiries. • Prepare and submit elevator proposals and tenders, and attend pre‑bid, tender opening and negotiation meetings. • Follow up on proposals, negotiate, finalize and process received orders to achieve sales targets. • Achieve at least 90 % of the annual sales target and drive Gen2 bookings. • Coordinate SIP meetings, ensure scheduled customer visits, and align professional releases with market expectations. • Liaise with the Construction Department for effective contract management and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints while promoting safety awareness.
