About the Role
• Weld structural steel parts according to drawings or prints. • Produce quality products safely. • Maintain housekeeping standards. • Obtain and maintain required welding certifications. • Perform visual inspections to ensure correct welds. • Work swing shifts as needed.

What You Bring
• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. • Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing/production environment. • Proficient with measuring devices such as tape measures, gauges, and micrometers. • Able to read and interpret blueprints. • Knowledge of welding symbols and common weld defects. • Capable of passing a 3G weld test within 30 days of hire. • Familiarity with air‑arc gouging and plasma torch operations. • Ability to operate a standard overhead crane.
