About the Role
The role supports the Maintenance and Production teams through electrical and mechanical troubleshooting in the shop, while demonstrating a safety‑minded approach and striving for world‑class reliability for customers. The incumbent must cultivate trusted relationships, pursue relentless improvement, and be prepared to work weekends and holidays when required. Safety leadership, including initiating and upholding safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards, is a critical expectation. • Support maintenance and production teams with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. • Maintain world‑class reliability for customers. • Uphold and lead safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards. • Apply electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic lockout‑tagout (LOTO) practices. • Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems. • Design and troubleshoot industrial motor starter circuits. • Utilize industrial instrumentation and electrical troubleshooting tools effectively. • Provide reliable accountability and dependability. • Solve problems and make sound decisions.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a thorough understanding of maintenance principles, experience in industrial electrical maintenance troubleshooting and repair, and familiarity with medium‑high voltage systems. Required knowledge includes PLC, PID control, AC and DC motor drives, electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic lockout‑tagout, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting, motor starter circuit layout, industrial instrumentation, and the proper use of electrical troubleshooting tools. Selection criteria focus on teamwork, initiative, accountability, strong communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, comprehensive electrical maintenance knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail.
