About the Role
During the 5–7‑month training program, trainees will work with the Sales Leadership Team in the Modernization department, shadow mechanics, participate in customer meetings, and build practical sales expertise. At the program’s conclusion, each trainee will present an opportunity for customer and sales excellence to senior leadership and may transition into a Sales or Account Manager role. • Participate in a 5–7‑month Sales Trainee program rotating through the Modernization department. • Shadow mechanics and join customer meetings to gain hands‑on sales experience. • Deliver a customer‑focused improvement project to senior leadership at program end. • Travel across provinces for training and be ready to relocate to another Otis Canada site. • Work within a safety‑first, ethical, and quality‑driven culture that supports ESG initiatives.
