About the Role
The Graphic Designer is essential in shaping the company's visual identity, creating on‑brand assets for both print and digital media, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring brand consistency throughout all communications while collaborating closely with the marketing team. • Create on‑brand design assets for print and digital channels. • Support marketing initiatives and maintain brand consistency across communications. • Produce designs from pre‑press through final production. • Collaborate with the marketing team to uphold visual standards.

What You Bring
• 4–7 years of relevant graphic design experience. • Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work. • Knowledge of digital ad specifications, responsive design, and basic UX principles. • Willingness to travel occasionally. • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with Figma or similar tools. • Solid visual design fundamentals such as typography, layout, color, and hierarchy; illustration skills a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field (preferred). • Ability to generate innovative, breakthrough ideas. • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web asset optimization. • Familiarity with marketing automation or CMS platforms. • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
