Wellness Attendant (Luxury High Rise in Downtown Miami)
Assist residents with fitness, pool, spa services, ensuring cleanliness and hospitality.

About the Role
• Greet resident/guest and escort them, familiarizing with fitness center, pool, locker room, wet areas, juice bar and aquatic center. • Provide quality service and maintain a clean, well‑stocked fitness, spa and locker room. • Enforce all wellness rules and etiquette. • Comply with all One Thousand Museums' policies and procedures. • Greet resident/guest in all wellness areas (reception, fitness center, pool, juice bar, spa). • Provide pool service, welcoming residents/groups with cooler amenities and comfortable seating. • Explain operation of fitness equipment, spa lockers, relaxation lounge meditation chairs, and studio speakers. • Maintain cleanliness of fitness center, pool deck, juice bar kitchen, spa locker room, treatment rooms, relaxation lounge, salon and laundry. • Uphold hygiene and safety standards. • Ensure adequate supply and immaculate presentation of resident amenities in locker rooms. • Issue, stock, and fold towels, robes, and other items as needed to meet One Thousand Museum standards. • Complete daily opening/closing checklists and conduct thorough walkthroughs of each area. • Follow One Thousand Museums' work rules and Standards of Conduct per Employee Handbook. • Read and adhere to Marquis Employee handbook, especially policies on operation, hygiene, health, and safety. • Report for duty punctually wearing correct uniform/attire and maintain high personal appearance and hygiene standards. • Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times. • Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments. • Respond to departmental changes dictated by industry, company, or property needs. • Attend training and meetings as needed. • Ensure a safe workplace by identifying hazards and taking corrective action. • Follow safety procedures and notify security of any accidents or injuries. • Report equipment malfunctions promptly and accurately. • Provide information about spa treatments and products. • Handle tasks or projects assigned by the Wellness Director. • Utilize all relevant computer systems for the department. • Lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 50 lb. • Walk, bend, kneel and climb stairs throughout a full shift.

What You Bring
• Respond to all interactions efficiently, courteously and professionally. • Achieve maximum resident/guest satisfaction and comfort. • Work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers, supervisors, and managers. • Prior experience in a spa or wellness environment. • Prior experience in luxury hospitality (highly preferred). • Knowledge of various wellness and healing treatments. • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. • Stand for an entire shift and work outdoors in the pool area. • Work with chemicals/agents and wear required protective cleaning gear. • Communicate effectively with residents, guests, and employees (hearing, speech, vision, literacy). • Function under pressure, set priorities and adapt to changing conditions.
