About the Role
The Property Asset Manager (non‑network) will lead a small team delivering efficient facilities management across Transgrid’s buildings and depots. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining non‑network maintenance plans, monitoring budgets and expenditure for facilities delivery, and will be based on‑site at Eastern Creek with office attendance 3‑4 times per week. The role involves preparing and managing long‑term facilities and workplace services strategies and programs, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards, and, in partnership with the Workplace Projects team, overseeing delivery of minor capital projects and associated governance documentation. • Develop and maintain non‑network maintenance plans for facilities. • Monitor budgets and expenditure for facilities delivery. • Prepare and manage long‑term facilities and workplace services strategies and programs. • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards for facilities programs. • Oversee delivery of minor capital projects, including project system and governance documentation, in partnership with the Workplace Projects team.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will have experience in facilities or asset management, including contractor management, and strong knowledge of asset management principles applied to facility management and minor works.
