About the Role
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing courteous, discreet service to residents, visitors, and vendors. This role includes greeting guests, verifying access, coordinating deliveries, monitoring security systems, and maintaining a clean and professional front desk environment. The agent also collaborates with building staff to ensure resident needs are met and handles emergency or crisis situations as needed. • Greet visitors, vendors, and guests, verifying and granting access to residential units. • Provide guided directions and assist residents with inquiries. • Manage and coordinate deliveries of packages, flowers, and food orders. • Monitor security cameras and exterior doors to maintain a safe environment. • Control guest and vendor access to residential floors. • Patrol building premises and handle package distribution for residents. • Collaborate with building staff to address resident and guest needs. • Review daily front desk procedures and communicate with owners, maintenance, and management. • Keep front desk area clean and professional during shifts. • Follow all safety, security, and emergency response policies. • Answer telephone calls clearly and professionally. • Perform duties with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. • Prioritize tasks, stay calm, and resolve problems using good judgment. • Maintain confidentiality of resident information and resort data. • Utilize property management and point‑of‑sale computer systems.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, fluency in English, and basic arithmetic and computer skills. Essential qualities include attention to detail, problem‑solving, teamwork, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality. Additional education in hospitality or prior front‑desk experience is preferred. • High school diploma or equivalent vocational certificate required. • Fluent verbal and written English communication. • Basic arithmetic and computer proficiency. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong teamwork and customer‑service orientation. • Some college coursework or training in hospitality is desirable. • Previous experience as a front desk agent is preferred.
