About the Role

The chief foreman will lead customer‑site elevator repair activities, including a large volume of non‑contract work, and oversee a portion of maintenance tasks. He/she must meet project schedules, financial objectives such as profitability and working capital, and ensure quality standards. Responsibilities also include providing safety training, conducting safety inspections, planning logistics, coordinating material deliveries, issuing purchase orders, and developing contingency estimates. • Lead execution of elevator repairs and limited maintenance projects at customer sites. • Achieve project timelines, profitability targets, and working‑capital objectives. • Provide on‑site safety training and conduct regular safety inspections. • Plan logistics and develop safety and contingency plans for service jobs. • Coordinate material deliveries and generate purchase orders as needed. • Forecast and schedule workforce to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality. • Travel across Quebec provinces to support projects and client needs.

What You Bring
