Assistant Community Manager (Onsite)
Assist HOA/Community Manager with daily admin, contracts, maintenance, and resident relations.

About the Role
The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for providing the overall supervision of a community association. The Community Manager interacts with internal and external customers including homeowners, vendors, board members and committee members, as well as staff at the Associa Client Shared Service Center (CSSC) and within the branch office. The hours of the role are Monday‑Friday 8:00‑5:00 pm. The position involves assisting the HOA and Community Manager in day‑to‑day management, handling administrative duties, and ensuring maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely and business‑like manner. The role requires attendance at Associa and association industry training and management meetings. • Assure timely and effective contract renewals or re‑competes, including evaluating, comparing and presenting potential contracts. • Maintain property files in C3. • Maintain and update operations log to track general maintenance and janitorial services. • Assure maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely and business‑like manner. • Attend Associa and association industry training and management meetings.

What You Bring
• Be thoroughly familiar with all accounting procedures and reporting requirements. • Be thoroughly familiar with all contracts, By‑laws, policies, rules, regulations and corporate programs. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interact professionally with a wide variety of individuals. • Strong organizational ability to handle many tasks simultaneously. • Ability to manage stressful situations professionally, follow directions, ask questions, and follow through. • Good organizational skills; multi‑tasking and detail‑oriented. • Ability to deal with a large variety of individuals in a friendly, businesslike, professional manner. • Experience with covenants administration and due process. • Ability to work effectively with Board & Committee members, residents and other staff. • Ability to manage staff, set priorities and establish standards. • Schedule flexibility; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays if needed. • Proficient with modern office equipment (telephone systems, computer, scanner, copier, camera). • Proficient in Community Management Software, Microsoft Office, and corporate software programs. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 3 years business or administrative work history with ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment. • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience with ability to thrive in stressful situations.

Benefits
Compensation is $23.00 per hour and direct experience is highly considered. This is a full‑time position located at 3193 S. Edenglen Ave, Ontario, CA 91761.
