About the Role
The position focuses on credit control and dispute management to protect the company’s financial health, improve cash flow, reduce bad debts, and support overall financial objectives. The role works closely with the business to ensure effective credit risk management and timely dispute resolution. • Collaborate with customers to resolve disputes efficiently. • Partner with the C2C Lead to design and execute collection strategies. • Manage credit control activities to maintain healthy cash flow and mitigate financial risk. • Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations and Finance to align credit processes. • Conduct regular reviews of the collections process with the C2C Lead. • Monitor KPIs to assess effectiveness and identify improvement areas. • Follow all Environmental Health and Safety procedures. • Complete quarterly ethics training as directed by the Ethics & Compliance Officer. • Adhere to Otis policies and Code of Ethics in all duties. • Develop and implement billing and credit control strategies.

What You Bring
• Hold a credit management certification (e.g., CICM) – preferred. • Possess at least five years of billing and credit control experience. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of billing processes, credit control principles and financial management. • Apply strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills. • Be proficient with billing and credit control software tools. • Communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
