About the Role
The position operates in a hybrid work environment, combining office and remote work, with regular travel for onsite assessments, real‑estate moves, and implementation projects. You will collaborate with internal engineers and project teams to guarantee smooth implementations while maintaining organized records and documentation for audit transparency. • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices. • Provide tier‑2 technical support and troubleshoot during project go‑live phases. • Lead system migrations and integrations for acquisitions (Active Directory, O365, network, telephony). • Coordinate deployments, user transitions, and post‑go‑live support across time zones. • Draft and distribute project communications, deployment documentation, and training materials. • Manage training logistics and deliver user migration training (onsite, remote, virtual). • Translate technical details into user‑friendly language and support user adoption. • Track project timelines, maintain organized records, and ensure audit transparency. • Work in a hybrid environment with regular travel for onsite assessments and implementations.

What You Bring
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Systems & Integration Analyst to join our IT team. The role blends systems analysis, project coordination, technical implementation, and user support, requiring the ability to balance multiple priorities such as system migrations, training, documentation, and user adoption initiatives. You will integrate recent acquisitions into our technology stack and serve as the onsite technical contact during deployments, working closely with acquisition IT staff to assess needs, align transition plans, and ensure low‑impact, well‑documented rollouts. Associa is an equal‑opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience. • Possess 4–8 years of systems analysis, IT implementation, or integration experience. • Hold relevant certifications (Microsoft, Network+, A+, ITIL) preferred. • Proficient with Windows 10/11, Server 2016/2019, Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, Entra, MFA. • Experienced in TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, network troubleshooting, endpoint security, firewalls, VPNs. • Skilled in telephony migrations, VOIP, Webex, phone number porting, ATA deployments. • Demonstrated strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service abilities.
