About the Role
The Renovation Sales Engineer role at Otis in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates focuses on modernizing elevator portfolios, negotiating orders, and aligning with client needs to grow market share while ensuring contractual compliance during project implementation. • Manage MOD and off‑portfolio replacement inquiries from initial contact to project completion. • Prepare detailed estimates and issue quotations for upgrades, modernization projects, and repairs. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as primary contact for inquiries and resolution. • Secure modernization and replacement orders, integrating them into existing service frameworks. • Oversee a portfolio of elevator units, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and participation in bids and tenders. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market presence. • Utilize Otis sales tools to track opportunities, manage pipelines, and forecast results. • Conduct complex sales negotiations to close deals successfully. • Collaborate with sales representatives and field colleagues for cohesive project execution.

What You Bring
• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; 7 years VT sales experience in modernization; 2 years progressive leadership roles; fluent English (Arabic preferred).
