About the Role

The technician will install and modify electrical machinery, equipment, and circuitry in industrial or commercial settings. Required skills include working with 3‑phase electrical systems up to 480 V, variable frequency drives, reading schematics, and servicing conventional gas ovens. They will diagnose malfunctions, collaborate with engineers, and operate programmable logic and automation controls while ensuring all components meet standards. Mechanical maintenance is also a focus, with responsibilities for preventive maintenance on presses, engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines, following diagrams, manuals, and engineering specifications. The role includes managing high‑voltage distribution, panels, and crane operation principles, as well as inspecting parts with precision measuring instruments. The technician documents actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs to maintain continuity among work teams and ensures production quality by keeping machinery operational. What You Bring

Minimum qualifications are three years of experience as an industrial electrical technician in a manufacturing environment, three years programming PLCs, and three years working with VFDs. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial maintenance, or a comparable field and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Applicants must have a supervisor or manager recommendation and be able to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
