• Repair and maintain machinery, including motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems • Perform mechanical maintenance and industrial electrical tasks (preventive and corrective) • Analyze equipment breakdowns during downtime • Execute corrective actions to restore equipment operation • Follow safety lockout procedures and maintain clean work environment

What You Bring
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the technician must demonstrate a strong work ethic, work independently or in a team, and be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed. Safety is paramount, and candidates must be able to lead and uphold safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience repairing and troubleshooting mechanical power transmissions, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Preferred qualifications include a vocational or technical certificate, experience with bearings, couplings, belts, sprockets, chain drives, metal fabrication, cylinder repair, and basic industrial electrical/PLC knowledge. • High school diploma or equivalent (or equivalent experience) • 2+ years experience with mechanical power transmissions, pneumatic and hydraulic systems • Vocational/technical certificate preferred • Experience with bearings, couplings, belts, sprockets, and chain drives • Knowledge of metal fabrication, cylinder repair, and basic PLC/electrical issues

The pay range for the Multi‑Craft Maintenance Technician position is $23.36 to $27.05 per hour, plus a weekly production bonus.
