About the Role
The position is responsible for preparing annual budgets, ensuring schedules and reconciliations align with general ledger balances, and supporting the accountant’s annual visit. It also involves reviewing draft audit reports, addressing auditor questions, and attending board meetings as needed. Additional duties are assigned on daily and monthly bases. • Prepare annual budgets on schedule and flag any issues to the supervisor. • Ensure all schedules and reconciliations match general ledger balances for the accountant’s annual review. • Review draft audit reports for accuracy and coordinate with auditors on questions and comments. • Attend board meetings when required.
