About the Role
Key duties involve marketing occupied and vacant properties, installing lockboxes, conducting market analyses, providing weekly updates to owners, performing property walks after vacancies, pre-qualifying tenants, coordinating with co-brokers, underwriting applications, creating leases, and managing lease renewals. The role also requires regular communication with branch operations and handling special projects as assigned. • Install lockboxes after notice to vacate and before marketing. • Conduct market analysis to set rental price and advise owners/clients. • Send weekly email updates to owners/clients on showings and price changes. • Perform property walks post‑vacancy to assess marketability and report to management. • Pre‑qualify tenants via phone and property showings. • Coordinate with co‑brokers for showings of company‑managed listings. • Process tenant applications and underwrite qualifications. • Prepare lease agreements and obtain signatures. • Manage lease renewal process, including rent adjustments and owner communication. • Provide regular communication and support to branch operations. • Complete special projects and assigned tasks.

What You Bring
Candidates must have 2–3 years of real-estate leasing experience, a valid real-estate license, and a driver’s license. Preferred experience includes single-family residential management.
