About the Role
The National Village Project Facilitator position is based in Opelika, AL. The role involves reviewing common facilities such as mail centers, lakes, and trails to ensure quality, cleanliness, and proper resident use, coordinating repairs, conducting QA/QC audits of contracted services, following up on member concerns, and serving as a goodwill ambassador between the Board and the community. • Review common facilities (mail centers, lakes, trails, etc.) for quality, cleanliness, proper resident use, and coordinate with law enforcement for unauthorized users. • Coordinate repairs and services identified during facility reviews. • Perform QA/QC audits for all contracted services. • Follow up on member concerns or complaints submitted through Town Square or other tracking systems. • Act as a goodwill ambassador between the Board and the community.
