About the Role
The Safety Coordinator is responsible for delivering professional safety and health support across the division, aligning with safety, quality, cost, productivity and profitability goals. Key duties include compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining the safety management system, developing safe job analyses and procedures, identifying training needs, conducting training, auditing safety efforts, leading focus teams, coordinating industrial hygiene monitoring, and participating in Voluntary Protection Programs. The role also serves as a Radiation Safety Officer and must foster a culture that places safety above all.
