About the Role
The manager will ensure flawless project execution by meeting schedule, budget, technical, safety, and regulatory requirements, while coordinating all contract activities from award through completion. They will proactively communicate with clients, contractors, architects, and government agencies, and collaborate with internal sales staff, superintendents, and senior leadership to align financial and customer goals. Responsibilities also include managing billing, consultant and contractor payments, RFIs, change orders, and maximizing project cash coverage, as well as interpreting contract documents and developing cost contingencies. • Lead new elevator installation projects to meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards. • Coordinate contract activities from award to completion and ensure scope alignment. • Communicate proactively with clients, contractors, architects, and regulatory agencies. • Manage billing, consultant payments, RFIs, change orders, and project cash flow. • Interpret contract documents and assess cost impacts of modifications. • Develop cost estimates and contingency plans.

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least three years of elevator industry project management or construction experience and be familiar with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration. Ability to read architectural and structural drawings, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft software in technical settings are required. High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and the role demands leadership, time‑management, and organizational skills. • Minimum 3 years of elevator industry project management or construction experience. • Experience with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration. • Ability to read architectural and structural drawings. • Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder relationships. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office in technical environments. • Leadership, time‑management and organizational skills; high school diploma required, bachelor’s preferred.
