About the Role
The Receiving and Freight Elevator Coordinator is responsible for managing the receiving area and freight elevator, ensuring safety, orderliness, and cleanliness. The role includes verifying licenses, insurances, and permits for service providers and contractors, enforcing parking and association rules, and maintaining secure, unblocked access to the receiving office. Key duties involve scheduling the freight elevator for resident moves, registering deliveries and packages, issuing parking and ID passes, monitoring contractor activity, completing required reports, and adhering to all safety precautions. The coordinator must communicate effectively, provide strong customer service, and report any issues to the supervisor. • Manage receiving area and freight elevator, maintaining safety, orderliness, and cleanliness • Verify licenses, insurances, and permits for service providers and contractors • Enforce parking regulations and association rules • Keep receiving office attended and unlocked at all times • Ensure receiving area remains unblocked • Schedule freight elevator for resident move‑ins and move‑outs per policy • Register all deliveries and packages (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) • Issue parking passes to approved vehicles • Register and distribute ID passes to contractors • Monitor contractor arrivals and departures via logs • Complete required reports and communicate problems to supervisor • Follow all safety precautions and maintain a safe work environment

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably have prior experience in receiving functions.
