About the Role

The Team Coordinator will support the Delivery, Rolling Stock & Systems Team by managing diaries, arranging travel, handling event coordination and assisting in the delivery of key priorities. Key responsibilities include managing and co‑ordinating team members’ schedules, preparing meeting documentation and chasing agreed actions, formatting high‑impact presentations for senior meetings, and coordinating communications to keep the team briefed on wider HS2 activities. The role also involves filing documents for easy access, organising travel and accommodation within guidelines, acting as the primary point of contact for enquiries, providing ad‑hoc administrative support, maintaining financial records in Oracle, and managing assigned projects to completion. • Manage team diaries and schedule internal and external meetings with stakeholders • Prepare meeting papers, chase agreed actions and produce minutes • Create high‑impact presentations for senior management meetings • Coordinate team communications and brief members on wider HS2 activities • Organise travel, accommodation and car hire within established guidelines • Act as primary point of contact for enquiries and redirect queries appropriately • Provide ad‑hoc administrative support to ensure team effectiveness • Maintain financial records in Oracle and local systems • Lead assigned projects through to successful completion • Promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in daily work

What You Bring

The successful candidate will have strong IT skills with full proficiency in the MS Office suite, excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities, and experience providing administrative and secretarial support to senior stakeholders. They must be able to handle confidential information, produce minutes and documents, build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, and demonstrate problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of office and business management, as well as board and senior meeting processes, is required. Benefits

The role is based at Two Snowhill in Birmingham with a base salary ranging from £23,000 to £25,300 per annum, depending on skills and experience. In addition, a fully pensionable flexible benefits fund of 10% of salary is provided, alongside a range of competitive benefits detailed on the company website.
