About the Role
The Maintenance Technician role supports the division’s maintenance strategy by ensuring equipment reliability, improving processes, and upgrading systems to maintain world‑class operational capability, with a strong focus on safety and proactive maintenance. • Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards. • Perform preventative and proactive maintenance on production machinery and facility utilities. • Troubleshoot and repair equipment using diagrams, manuals, and manufacturer specifications. • Install and repair 480 V/120 V electrical systems, motors, contactors, control circuits, PLCs, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, power transmission, and piping; conduct basic welding, fit‑up, machine setup, alignment, rigging, and lifting. • Fabricate specialty parts by designing, machining, and assembling when standard parts are unavailable. • Use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring and testing instruments, and material handling equipment. • Communicate effectively with upstream and downstream team members to resolve safety, quality, and efficiency issues.

What You Bring
• Complete required training and certifications such as overhead crane inspection, NFPA Arc Flash, and electrical safety. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Minimum 3 years experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical skills. • Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). • Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical design, repair, and troubleshooting (preferred). • Knowledge of electrical design, repair, and troubleshooting (preferred). • Experience with PLC and VFD troubleshooting (preferred). • Experience in a continuous line manufacturing environment (preferred).
