About the Role
We are seeking a New Equipment Field Leader for the Tulsa territory to lead and manage volume installation and construction projects. The role involves overseeing project objectives, coordinating teams and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety, ethics, and quality standards while delivering projects on time and within budget. • Define project objectives and manage installation projects • Handle administrative and material tasks • Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, monitoring teams/subcontractors • Mitigate safety, ethics, and quality risks with the project team • Coordinate document submissions and site inspections with local authorities • Deliver customer satisfaction, engineering support, and improved profitability • Provide a long‑term employment contract with competitive remuneration • Provide employee assistance, wellness incentives, life and disability insurance • Provide transportation assistance in city locations

What You Bring
