About the Role
• Answer phones and assist internal and external customers • Manage filing, departmental organization, and overall office administration • Log and mail checks • Provide administrative support to branch sales and operations staff • Support payroll management for the branch • Process accounts payable invoices and draft check requests • Set up large purchase orders and process vendor payments (e.g., janitorial, uniforms, waste removal) • Sort and distribute incoming mail • Order office and kitchen supplies

What You Bring
