About the Role
The Sales Executive will generate enquiries, finalize orders and manage contracts while supporting sales and marketing activities. They will meet customers, architects and consultants to assess requirements, expand the customer database and develop product strategies for their territory based on market trends. In this role, the executive will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and safety, while contributing to Otis’s growth objectives in the region. • Generate enquiries, finalize orders and manage contracts. • Support sales and marketing functions, including forecasting and target setting. • Meet customers, architects and consultants to assess requirements and expand the customer database. • Establish product strategy for the assigned territory based on market trends. • Conduct market surveys, monitor competitors and prepare sales negotiation data sheets. • Prepare and submit model elevator proposals and tenders; attend pre‑bid, tender opening and negotiation meetings. • Follow up on proposals, negotiate and finalize orders, and process received orders. • Achieve at least 90 % of the annual sales target and drive Gen2 bookings. • Coordinate SIP meetings, ensure customer visits per guidelines and release professionals aligned with market expectations. • Liaise with the Construction Department for effective contract management and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints. • Promote safety awareness among customers.
