About the Role
• Serve as primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners. • Attend board meetings, conduct inspections, walk‑throughs, and community events at client associations. • Prepare and mail annual disclosure packages, meeting notifications, and financial statements per statutory deadlines. • Review monthly financial reports and deliver management summaries to the board. • Recommend or oversee major capital expenditures to maintain community appearance and operation.

Associa is seeking a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to join a beautiful residential community in Naples, FL. The onsite manager will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and other Associa departments, requiring strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Valid Florida LCAM license. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Experience in community management, customer service, hospitality, or a related field. • Strong business correspondence skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling. • Excellent customer service and conflict‑resolution abilities. • Ability to work effectively with others in person and in group settings. • Strong time‑management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines. • Professional communication skills via phone, email, and in‑person.
