About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Lumea Finance Business Partnering team within Transgrid’s Commercial Finance function. This senior individual‑contributor role will lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across the Lumea portfolio, playing a pivotal part in supporting strategic decisions. • Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and performance reporting. • Partner with senior business leaders to provide actionable insights and challenge assumptions. • Support strategic decision‑making across multiple legal entities. • Communicate with impact, build relationships, and influence stakeholders. • Apply solid finance and business expertise in budgeting, forecasting, procurement, project and cash‑flow management.

What You Bring

• Demonstrate strong leadership, planning, and problem‑solving skills focused on results. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce or a related field and a CA/CPA qualification. • Possess 8+ years of FP&A or commercial finance experience, preferably in infrastructure, energy or other capital‑intensive sectors. • Exhibit advanced analytical, financial modelling and data‑storytelling capabilities. • Utilize advanced Excel and Power BI skills; experience with Oracle or similar ERP is desirable.
