About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, acting as a technical sales consultant, and achieving sales objectives within the assigned territory. You will also manage account renewals and repair opportunities while collaborating with internal service teams. • Prospect new customers and build lasting relationships in the Tampa territory. • Serve as technical sales consultant, achieving or exceeding sales and margin targets. • Retain and renew maintenance agreements through the MFA program and drive repair opportunities. • Conduct sales planning and needs assessments to target account expansion and renewals. • Resolve customer concerns in partnership with operations and service teams. • Manage opportunities in the CRM, track pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasts.

What You Bring
• Hold 2‑4 years of outside sales, property‑management, or HVAC experience; bachelor's degree or equivalent. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, customer‑centric focus, and self‑motivation. • Exhibit leadership, goal orientation, and excellent time‑management and organizational skills. • Possess proficiency with Microsoft‑based software and comfort in technical environments.
