About the Role
We are hiring a Civil and Plant Operator to maintain, repair and construct substation and transmission‑line assets, including those that support renewable energy projects. The role involves working on critical infrastructure projects and responding to incidents while upholding our safety‑first, teamwork‑driven culture. In this position you will operate civil and plant equipment on transmission assets, ensure all tools, safety documentation and equipment are ready for planned work, and support estimating, planning and site‑readiness activities. You will keep field coordinators and stakeholders informed, maintain accurate records of all activities, and deliver high‑quality work safely, on time and within budget, including participation in an after‑hours standby roster.
