About the Role
• Process conversions, recoveries, PA resolutions, cancellations and suspensions daily. • Provide regular support to HODs for documentation follow‑up and transaction issue resolution. • Update KYC information in SMS. • Coordinate activities with the field team. • Generate reports and perform data analysis as required by OT.
