About the Role
The Portfolio Community Manager II will manage operations for multiple communities, oversee vendors and contracts, prepare and manage budgets, serve as liaison between boards and homeowners, lead developer transitions, and ensure legal compliance and accurate record‑keeping. • Manage operations for multiple communities, ensuring compliance with governing documents and state statutes. • Oversee vendors, contracts, maintenance, repairs, and capital projects. • Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financials, approve invoices, and ensure timely collections. • Serve as liaison between boards, homeowners, and the management company; facilitate meetings and provide governance guidance. • Lead developer/declarant transitions, interpret governing documents, collaborate on punch lists and reserve studies, and manage post‑turnover changes. • Ensure legal compliance, risk mitigation, and maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring
Homeside Properties is seeking a Portfolio Community Manager II to oversee multiple communities, ensuring operational excellence, financial health, and compliance. This role will work closely with clients, vendors, and partner with other departments within Associa Homeside Properties. Success in this role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. Candidates must hold a valid Georgia Community Association Manager (CAM) License or Georgia Real Estate License, have an Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred), and possess 0‑3 years of community association experience. Preferred certifications include CAM, CMCA, AMS, or PCAM, and strong knowledge of HOA/COA operations, governing documents, and state regulations is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential. • Hold a valid Georgia Community Association Manager (CAM) License or Georgia Real Estate License. • Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 0–3 years of Community Association experience. • Certifications such as CAM, CMCA, AMS, or PCAM preferred. • Strong knowledge of HOA/COA operations, governing documents, and state regulations. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
