About the Role
On a typical day the mechanic will complete all scheduled maintenance and service visits for units within the assigned territory, manage the portfolio of elevators, and respond promptly to breakdowns to achieve first‑time fixes. Both minor and major repairs are performed to keep the equipment continuously operating, and the technician interacts directly with customers on site to build strong relationships. • Perform all scheduled elevator and escalator maintenance visits within the assigned territory. • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, aiming for first‑time resolution. • Conduct minor and major repairs to ensure continuous operation. • Directly liaise with customers on‑site to maintain strong relationships. • Utilize electronic and digital tools for diagnostics and reporting.

The position requires a diploma or BE in engineering and 1 to 8 years of elevator experience. The successful candidate will ensure passenger safety by maintaining a portfolio of elevators and escalators. Candidates must hold a two‑wheeler licence, possess strong electrical engineering skills, and prioritize safety in all tasks.
