About the Role

Key safety duties include inspecting interior and exterior buildings for structural integrity, glass breakage, door and enclosure damage, and other hazards on the PPOA common grounds and fence line. Technicians must also install appropriate signage and perform necessary repairs. Administrative tasks involve assisting the supervisor with gathering information for RFPs from concept to completion, filling in for the supervisor and direct reports when required, and overseeing all aspects of building and ground maintenance. • Inspect buildings for structural issues, glass breakage, and door damage. • Maintain safety signage and perform repairs on common grounds. • Maintain pool area, pond, gazebo, gatehouse, clubhouse, courts, fields, streets, sidewalks, playground, sand pit, volleyball courts, and dog park. • Assist supervisor with RFP preparation and act as backup for supervisory duties. • Oversee all building and grounds maintenance activities.

What You Bring

The Lead Maintenance Technician role requires a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification, or the ability to obtain it by May 20, 2026, with Palomino Park covering initial costs.
