About the Role
The Accounts Payable Administrator researches and processes payable invoices, balances batches, files and submits documents for supervisor approval, assists vendors, and reconciles invoices with receivers. The role also involves organizing invoices, supporting weekly and monthly check processing, and covering the switchboard as needed. Flexibility to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including weekends and holidays, is required. • Research and process accounts payable invoices • Balance invoice batches and reconcile with receivers • File documents and submit for supervisor approval • Assist vendors with inquiries and issues • Organize invoices and support weekly/monthly check processing • Cover the switchboard as needed • Uphold and lead safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards
