About the Role
The manager will oversee multiple new‑equipment installation projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet all technical, safety, regulatory, and customer expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating contract activities from award through completion, managing communications with clients, contractors, architects, and regulatory agencies, and working closely with internal sales, superintendents, and senior leadership. • Execute new equipment installation projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting technical, safety, and regulatory standards. • Coordinate contract activities from award to completion and ensure contract documents align with project scope. • Communicate proactively with clients, contractors, architects, authorities, and internal teams throughout design and installation phases. • Manage billing, consultant and contractor payments, RFIs, and change orders to maximize project cash flow. • Interpret construction contracts and modifications to assess cost impacts and develop contingency estimates. • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring financial and customer satisfaction objectives are met. • Read and review architectural and structural drawings; maintain strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will have at least five years of project‑management or construction experience, familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration, and the ability to read architectural and structural drawings. Strong written and verbal communication, self‑motivation, teamwork, leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft software are required, along with a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred) and willingness to travel up to 25%. • Possess 5+ years of project management or construction experience with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration. • Demonstrate self‑motivation, teamwork, leadership, time‑management, and proficiency in Microsoft software. • Hold at least a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred) and be able to travel up to 25%.
