About the Role

During a 5‑ to 7‑month training period, the trainee will work alongside the Sales Leadership Team, explore the Modernization department, shadow mechanics, attend customer meetings, and build core sales competencies. At the program’s conclusion, the trainee will present a customer‑service improvement initiative to leadership and move into a permanent Sales or Account Manager position. • Complete a 5‑7‑month Sales Trainee program rotating through Modernization, mechanics shadowing, and customer meetings. • Develop and present a sales‑excellence improvement proposal to senior leadership.
