Senior Project Manager

About the Role

These roles sit at the forefront of delivery, shaping outcomes across safety, governance, commercial performance and stakeholder engagement. The Opportunity – Sydney, Newcastle & Regional NSW. As a Senior Project Manager you’ll provide senior leadership across large or complex infrastructure projects or multiple workstreams, working closely with Project Directors and senior stakeholders to provide visibility, assurance and confidence in delivery outcomes. • Lead complex, multi‑disciplinary infrastructure projects or programs • Set direction across safety, delivery, governance and commercial outcomes • Manage senior contractors, consultants and internal teams • Drive strong project assurance, reporting and risk management • Coordinate complex interfaces across workstreams and third parties • Support Project Directors with executive‑level reporting and engagement • Develop, mentor and lead Project Managers and Engineers • Work on Synchronous Condenser projects supporting system strength and network stability • Contribute to the Central‑West Orana Renewable Energy Zone delivering new transmission infrastructure • Deliver data centre connections and network augmentations across NSW

What You Bring

This role is ideal for experienced delivery leaders who thrive in complex environments and want to influence outcomes at scale. About you – you will be a senior delivery leader with strong Electrical and/or Civil infrastructure experience and a proven track record of managing complexity. You bring extensive experience delivering major infrastructure or utilities projects, strong commercial, financial and contract management capability, and proven leadership in brownfield, greenfield, live or high‑risk environments, with substation and transmission line exposure highly regarded. You have the ability to influence and engage senior and executive stakeholders and a values‑led, safety‑first leadership style. • Extensive experience delivering major infrastructure or utilities projects • Strong commercial, financial and contract management capability • Proven leadership in brownfield, greenfield, live or high‑risk environments, with substation and transmission line exposure • Ability to influence and engage senior and executive stakeholders • Values‑led, safety‑first leadership style
