About the Role
Within the California Steel Industries division, the Payroll Administrator supports all basic payroll and HR functions, handling reporting, onboarding, and maintaining personnel records while upholding the company's high safety standards. • Process weekly payroll activities, prepare W‑2s, submit weekly and monthly reports to Accounting, and handle wage garnishment processing. • Administer FMLA, sick pay, long‑term disability, and life insurance claims. • Assist teammates with payroll and HR inquiries. • Maintain and audit physical and electronic personnel files. • Initiate new‑hire onboarding, conduct orientation, and enter data into various databases. • Generate weekly and quarterly payroll tax reports. • Maintain cross‑training within all HR functions to provide backup as needed.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least two years of payroll experience and advanced Microsoft Office skills, with no relatives employed by NCSI. Benefits
The Payroll Administrator position is based in Fontana, CA, with a salary ranging from $29.00 to $35.24 per hour, plus profit sharing and a ROA bonus.
