About the Role
Transgrid operates and maintains the high‑voltage transmission network across NSW and the ACT, supporting the energy transition by delivering complex infrastructure programs that enable a sustainable, reliable and affordable energy future. In this role you will be accountable for the end‑to‑end project data ecosystem, from system configuration through reporting and performance insights. You will translate complex business requirements into system solutions, uplift data governance, and enable data‑driven decision‑making across a large project portfolio.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is a digitally savvy PMO leader with deep experience in systems‑enabled project controls and portfolio reporting, thriving in complex delivery environments. You combine technical expertise, stakeholder engagement and people leadership to drive standardisation, automation and continuous improvement. • Proven experience leading or managing a Digital PMO within a complex infrastructure or delivery environment • Strong technical expertise in project controls systems, including extensive experience with Hexagon EcoSys and schedule, cost and risk data • Demonstrated ability to translate business and PMO requirements into technical system configurations and development roadmaps • Experience leading data governance, reporting frameworks and performance analytics to support senior leadership decision‑making • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor teams, manage competing priorities and operate effectively in high‑pressure governance cycles
