About the Role

Key responsibilities include generating new‑equipment sales leads from construction indicators, industry reports, tenders, personal research and networks; quickly determining client requirements and configuring Otis solutions; and developing strategies to maximize opportunity and secure proposals. The consultant will negotiate with clients, obtain support from local management and support departments, collaborate with senior Otis management on sales strategies and value propositions, and maintain deep knowledge of Otis and competitor products, industry codes and construction practices. • Generate new‑equipment sales leads from construction indicators, industry reports, tenders, research and networks. • Quickly assess client requirements and configure Otis solutions for construction projects. • Develop and execute strategies to secure proposals and maximize business opportunities. • Lead negotiations with clients, securing support from local management and support departments. • Collaborate with senior Otis management to craft sales strategies and value propositions. • Maintain deep knowledge of Otis and competitor products, industry codes, and construction practices.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field, and have experience working in a large matrixed organization with a proven sales track record. Five or more years of sales and key‑account management experience in the lift industry is preferred, along with strong technology skills, verbal communication, time‑management, organization, attention to detail and a results‑driven attitude. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field. • Demonstrated sales track record in a large matrixed organization; 5+ years in lift industry sales preferred. • Proficient with mobile apps, Word, Excel, email and databases for data analysis and reporting. • Strong verbal communication, time‑management, organization, attention to detail and results‑driven mindset.
