About the Role
The CAM drives company growth by serving as the primary liaison to association boards and homeowners, conducting site visits, preparing essential annual documents, reviewing financial reports, and advising on capital projects. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. • Serve as primary liaison with Association Board of Directors and homeowners. • Attend board meetings, conduct inspections, walk‑throughs, and community events at client associations. • Prepare and bulk‑mail annual disclosure packages, meeting notifications, and financial statements per statutory deadlines. • Review monthly financial reports and submit management summaries to the Board. • Recommend and oversee major capital expenditures to maintain community appearance and operation.

What You Bring
Associa is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) to join our team. In this role you will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal departments. Success requires strong customer‑service skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office, has experience in community management or related fields, and demonstrates excellent business correspondence and conflict‑resolution skills. Effective teamwork, strong time‑management, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Experience in community management, customer service, hospitality, or related fields. • Strong business writing skills, including grammar, structure, punctuation, and spelling. • Skilled in customer service and conflict resolution. • Ability to work effectively in person and in group settings. • Excellent time‑management, prioritization, and deadline‑orientation.
