About the Role
During the training you will work closely with the Sales Leadership Team, shadow technicians, and participate in customer meetings to develop practical sales skills. You will explore key departments such as Service, Modernization and Business Development, gaining a concrete understanding of Otis’s products and services. At the end of the program you will present a recommendation to improve customer and sales excellence and transition into a Sales or Account Manager role. • Work with Sales Leadership Team and rotate through Service, Modernization, and Business Development divisions. • Shadow technicians and attend client meetings to build practical sales expertise. • Develop and present a recommendation to improve customer and sales excellence.

What You Bring
Otis Elevator Company is seeking a recent graduate for a highly motivated Sales Trainee position located at 2022 Rue Lavoisier, Quebec City, Canada. The 5–7‑month program offers hands‑on experience across sales, service, modernization and business development divisions. A bachelor’s degree is required, along with 1–3 years of customer‑facing or sales experience. Candidates must be fluent in English and French, thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment, and be comfortable using Microsoft‑based software. Strong negotiation, goal‑orientation, time‑management and organizational abilities are essential. • Hold a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of sales or customer‑facing experience. • Communicate fluently in English and French, both written and verbal. • Thrive in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficient with Microsoft‑based software and comfortable in technical settings. • Demonstrate strong negotiation, goal‑orientation, time‑management and organizational skills.
