About the Role

The incumbent will be responsible for generating enquiries, preparing and submitting quotations, negotiating prices and finalising contracts, placing orders with the factory, and ensuring that payments are collected according to contract terms. Additional duties include coordinating job handover with construction, conducting site visits, and providing forecast versus actual reports through MIS. • Generate enquiries, prepare and submit quotes • Negotiate pricing and finalize contracts with customers • Place orders with the factory and ensure timely payment collection per contract terms • Coordinate job handover with construction teams and conduct site visits • Provide forecast vs. actual reporting and maintain MIS • Achieve sales targets for elevator bookings in the assigned area

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a graduate or diploma in engineering and possess 4–8 years of direct sales experience in the elevator, industrial, or capital equipment sector.
